Calloway Contracting is known for having high expectations regarding the performance of subcontractors and for producing a finished product that exceeds the contract specifications. This begins with the selection of only pre-qualified subcontractors. Since Calloway practices informed and judicious procurement, the toleration of poor performance, poor quality, and unreasonable or unfounded demands for extras by subs is non-existent. Our superintendents coordinate and manage the work of each subcontractor in the field to ensure a quality job that meets Calloway standards. We have built strong relationships with many of our key subcontractors due to working with them on many projects over the years. Calloway Contracting holds licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
